Refund policy

If you believe you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us, and we will remedy the issue as soon as possible.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with photos, so that we can lodge a claim with the courier company.

For change of mind returns or refunds, you must send us back the original product in re-sellable condition. This includes with tags attached where applicable, and with no marks. Balms cannot have been touched on the inside of the jar as these cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

If the product arrives back to us not in re-sellable condition, we will not be able to refund you, nor be able to provide a credit or return the goods to you. Please ensure glass is well wrapped to avoid breakages. If a breakage does occur in transit, you will be required to sort this out with the courier company yourself. Bear in mind most courier companies do not offer insurance on posted glass. 

For change-of-mind exchanges:

You will be liable for shipping costs both to and from us. You can arrange an exchange in person if you'd prefer. 

For change-of-mind returns:

You are liable for shipping costs to us. \

A re-stocking fee of the greater of 6% or $5 is taken off the refund amount to cover the cost of credit card and bank fees involved. If your original purchase included free shipping, actual shipping costs in sending your original order to you are deducted from the refund amount as well. 

Shipping costs are not refunded. 

 

All refunds and exchanges must be lodged within 30 days of your purchase date.
