3-12 months: No more than 0.5%
1 - 2 years: No more than 1%
2 - 6 years: 2% - up to 5% ok for occasional use.
6 - 10 years: 2% - up to 10% for occasional use.
10 years +: 2% up to 25% for occasional use.
