A blend of ginger, lavender, and chamomile to help combat nausea.
Ginger has traditionally been used for soothing upset stomachs, and lavender & chamomile are well known for their calming properties. Ginger has also been shown to be effective in helping relieve nausea in studies (1).
Great for kids that get motion sickness when in the car, a boat, or on a plane.
These essential oils are also safe for pregnancy, so can be used to help with morning sickness also. Ginger has also been studied for its ability to relieve chemotherapy induced nausea.
Simply rub balm on the tummy & temples. For babies under 2 years old, it's best to only apply to the tummy. Older children & adults can also apply a small smudge under the nose too. For long car trips, or ongoing nausea, re-apply 2-3 times a day on under 2's up to every 1-2 hours on adults.
Safe for babies 6 months plus. However, do not use everyday on children under 2 - for use when and as needed only. Safe for pregnancy.
